Post-Notte Bianca Sunday Morning

Good Morning,

Starting things slowly this morning after surviving the Patches Notte Bianca Marathon in Valletta, Malta :-) The gods decided to please us and gave us an exceptionally fine day, despite the unfavourable weather forecasts and the torrential rain of the previous night. The event went really well and I enjoyed displaying (and selling) some of my jewellery creations. The Patches community, as usual, was as creative and original as ever...and the cakes were simply divine! Looking forward to the next edition...with a few nice surprises from Panterina....

Set of dangle earrings. Made of honey, grass green and clear glass beads, pinkish grey marble, silver plated wire and nickel and lead-free silver plated french ear hooks. Measure approximately 5 cm.

These earrings are fun and eye-catching. They remind me of a bunch of grapes or summer fruit.

Sunset Photoshoot

Hello,

today was a perfect day for doing a sunset jewellery photoshoot on my terrace. It was a relaxing break, and a good conclusion to a potentially drab Monday. The light was great and the temperature was fine. I also chose some new props, such as a corrugated folder which I had been reluctantly thinking of throwing away, a black handbag, the good old weathered table, and, the skylight, which turned out to be extremely photogenic :-) I am quite pleased with the results. I also had a few minutes of sunlight to spare and photographed the plants which have survived yet another arid summer, and my dear assistant, Benny.

Showery September Day

Hi, 
Today I finally decided to sit down with my laptop and set up my blog... everyone seems to be blogging these days, so why not join in the fun?
Well, here is my first blog post....It is a showery day today in Malta, so I don't really feel like going out...this morning at least! Managed to save the laundry from getting soaked by the rain this morning...phew! and now I'm sitting on the sofa, looking into the courtyard and admiring the new fucsia passion flower which opened after today's showers... gorgeous! planning to do some work on my fall jewellery collection this afternoon... can't wait!
